Lucky Jesus came into the world in a cramped bedroom in a house on a hill in a neighborhood called the Castro. Wielding a guitar, tickling the keys, and pounding some drums, the band etched out the skeletons of what would soon become pop confections that infected audiences with an irrepressible urge to get moving. No comment from the neighbors.

At first, the only mission was to make sure they were having fun while making music. Now with a low end in tow, the four have reached a much more worthy pursuit to make sure everyone else is having fun with their music. The debut CD represents the culmination of the band's dedication to the simple pop masterpieces that not only have influenced each of them along the way but will also forever be stuck in their heads.
